Watching the beyond diet presentation and i see all this!
this is what is good for you:
rice and spelt bread
sweet pot with butter n cinn
all fruits n veggies
good fats:
real butter
whole eggs
coconut oil
olive oil
ovacodios
raw nuts
STAY WITH FOODS THAT ONLY HAVE ONE INGREDIENT! steak, eggs, rice, coconut oil, sweet potatoes, fruits and veggies, bacon, the "right " bread, trail mix
Bad fats :
margarine, canola oil,hydrogenated oils, substitute fake butter
Stay away from sugar, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, processed soy products, granola, orange juice, whole wheat bread, healthy cereals,
IF YOU EAT ALL THE RIGHT FOODS, YOU CAN EAT A LOT!
FACT: PEOPLE USUALLY DONT GET ENOUGH CALORIES AND CRASH DIET :/
Foods I aim to try:
chicken, barley and wild rice soup
all protein pancakes
homemade ranch dip (organic)
marinated flat iron steak with peppers
mashed potatoes made with coconut milk and butter
fruit smoothies
and more!!!
I am going to try this! It reminds me a bit of paleo MINUS all the gross stuff. Organic (kind of ) but still yummy! Lets get those good fats and rid of the bad.
