Day 2

I did fairly well.  I just used portion control.  It was the hubs last day of vacation and we got a pizza.  No big if you don't pig out on it.  I am starting a new diet that I came up with today.  I also started making a workout routine.  I will admit I didnt workout today, but we played out in the SNOW! finally snowed :)  I am becoming more active but taking it a step at a time.  I want to make it gradual and not a chore.   :)  wish me luck tomorrow.  its a zumba day!  I love zumba, though it totally kicks my ass :)
